TALENT OF OUR SCHOOL

This Vidyalaya has a very glorious history of producing top ranking scholars since 1998. We are proud of our ex-students namely Remya Sasidharan, Neety Balu, Akshay Behaki and Priyanka Sonkar as they all scored 92% and above in Class X examination and brought laurels to the school by being placed between 1st and 3rd at regional level, keeping up with this tradition in the academic session 2006-07 we took a huge leap by inching a place not only at the regional level but also at the All India National level. Master Akash Sakya has added another feather to our cap on being declared fourth in the Bangalore Region and fifth at the All India level in Class X board examination. He has made our Vidyalaya proud.
With the selfless service rendered by our teachers and the sincere efforts put in by the students and ably supported their parents we were able to achieve 100% results in Class XII (Science Stream in the AISSCE-2008). The topper in Class X –AISSE was Mast. Aditya Singh, with an aggregate of 94.4%. The topper in Class XII-AISSCE was Mast Shivprasad Bavalkar, with 87.6%. The results in other classes I to IX & XI were much better with pass percentage of 95.5% as compared to last year pass percentage of 88.5%. We are indeed very glad to announce that a new batch of XI Commerce was introduced this year.
All of us are familiar with the proverb “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” Hence KVS provides various opportunities for our students to prove their caliber in the field of sports. At the Cluster level games and sports meet, 18 students were selected for Regional level and among them 4 students were selected for National Level as representatives for Bangalore Region. The participants were Master Anil Kumar for Athletics, Master Amit Rawat for Table Tennis, Master Narender for Taekwondo, Kumari Nagaveni for Volley Ball.
With the limited infrastructure facilities available for the promotion of Sports and Games our students have adorned the Vidyalaya proud by winning medals and securing the first position in the KV cluster level meet.
Our Children are gifted with a lot of talents. In Science Exhibition, four students named Master.Virat Chourasia, Class X, Rajeshwari, Class XI, Sameer Jain, Class XI and Supriya Phadte, Class XI were selected for Regional level Science Exhibition in various events. In Social Science Exhibition, our students secured first place at Regional level in Gujarati Dance and SunTemple(Modhera) modal was selected. Also various competitions were held in the school to promote and to bring to the forefront the creative talents of the students.
